Remodeling and repairs the nose
To reshape the nose by reducing or increasing size, removing the back by changing the shape of the tip, narrowing the nostrils, or changing angle between nose and lip. It can also relieve respiratory problems and sequelae of trauma, these cases being covered by the Health Insurance and Subsystems.
Type of Anesthesia: General, but in certain cases it is possible for local anesthesia with sedation.
Regimem: Ambulatory or 1 day inpatient.
Side Effects: Swelling and bruising around the eyes and nose. Blood loss through the nose.
Recovery: Back to work / school in 1-2 weeks. Physical activity in 2-3 weeks. Avoid trauma and sun exposure in the early days. End result, 6 months to 1 year.
Duration of Results: Permanent.
